Mr. Shailesh Phatak (FELLOW - ASHRAE) completed his B.E. Production
from Pune University. Before joining the organisation he was working
with M/s Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd. and M/s Blue Star Ltd.
During his tenure he was handling Marketing and Design of Central
air-conditioning systems. He has a total experience of more than
30 Years in the field of HVAC. Mr. Shailesh Phatak has been
recognised as ASHRAE - FELLOW in February 2020 at Orlando - USA by
ASHRAE in their Winter Conference. He has been a regular Judge on
the Juries Panel for Builders Association of India (BAI), Well Built
Structures Competition 2009. He is also a regular guest lecturer in
colleges & seminars. He was the President of ASHRAE PUNE CHAPTER for YEAR 2014-15.
