- Mr. Shailesh Phatak has been a regular Judge on the Juries Panel for Builders Association of India (BAI), Well Built Structures Competition 2009 and he is also a regular visiting lecturer in seminars & colleges.
- Use of PVC piping for chilled water application for “Asterix Hotel project at Pune.” First in india.
- Use of basement raft concrete filling for basement exhaust.
- Design & development of piping supports, FRP terminal boxes & plenums etc.
- Development & implementation of pumping skids & valve stations on various sites.

EMERSON CUP 2009 (new buildings category) award for VRF design.
We have won the Emerson Cup 2009 (India & South East Asia Region) for VRF Design for “Yantra Automation Pvt. Ltd., Pune. The award ceremony was held at the India Green Building Congress, Hyderabad on 11th September 2009.

Mr. Shailesh Phatak has been recognised as ASHRAE - FELLOW in February 2020 at Orlando - USA by ASHRAE in their Winter Conference.
